Ultracs Corp was thrilled to exhibit at the 2020 CUNA GAC in Washington DC in the last week of February. With over 5,500 delegates, CUNA GAC is the largest Credit Union convention in the world, and provides a great opportunity for Ultracs Corp to meet the market, hear the critical issues facing the movement and how these challenges are being met.
Most importantly it was a terrific four days where we met a lot of new-to-us Credit Union people from across the US, and renewed friendships with those we have met before.
Core processing and digital services showcase
Ultracs Corp was proud to showcase the latest core processing and digital services to enter the US market. We were able to take many of the delegates through how they could benefit from a solution that is designed to ensure they can thrive in competitive market times.
Several Credit Unions who are currently searching, or are preparing to begin their search, for new Core Processing technology were excited to explore the Ultracs Corp option. If your Credit Union is interested in hearing more about our solution, we encourage you to get in touch – our fresh approach might be just what your business needs.
Reviews offered
During the event, for attending Credit Unions, Ultracs Corp offered to conduct a review of their key current practices in areas such as CRM, Workflow, Onboarding, Multi branding and Fraud detection/prevention. The review is intended to benchmark participating Credit Union’s activities against best practices identified from solutions around the world. With the only investment being some on the ground time we are looking forward to providing formal reports to Credit Unions on their areas of priority in the coming weeks.
Australian Heritage
Reflecting our Australian heritage, we were delighted to award several bottles of Australian wine at the event to a number of lucky delegates. The prize draw was kindly managed by CUNA and we hope the recipients enjoy their prize with our compliments! Congratulations to one winner Shaun Ongstad, Senior VP – Credit Union Engagement from Mountain West Credit Union Association.
